- Parking
We have a small car park to the front of the building and parking is available on the single yellow line on Summerwood Road except on Twickenham Stadium event days.
- Accessibility
We have a lift for anyone requiring access to another floor and an accessible toilet.
- Amenities
We have a Performing Rights Society license which permits the use of copyright music. Free Wi-Fi is also available across the building.
- FAQs
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable cash deposit of £75 is required. Once your function has taken place and the caretaker has confirmed no breakages have occurred post function the cash deposit will be returned to you.
Your room hire is not confirmed until receipt of the £75 refundable cash deposit.
When do I pay the full amount?
Payment of the remaining amount is required 2 weeks before the event via Bank Transfer. Please call us for Bank Transfer details on 07561 773471.
What is the hourly rate for room hire?
Please see below for individual room hire rates.
Is Alcohol allowed on the premises?
Alcohol is allowed on BridgeLink premises for personal use only during the function – no resale of alcohol is permitted.
How early can we access the room?
We allow 30 minutes prior to your booking start time to allow you to set-up. We also allow 30 minutes clean-up time after your booking time has ended.
What is the capacity of each room?
Please see below for individual room hire details which includes seated and standing capacity, where applicable.
Do I need to complete a booking form?
A booking form can be requested by email at admin2@bridgelink.org.uk or phone 07561 773471.
Are bouncy castles allowed?
We cannot accommodate large bouncy castles or other large inflatables.
Can I bring confetti, streamers and table confetti?
We do not have the capacity to allow use of confetti, streamers or table confetti.
Can I stick up decorations?
Yes, we allow the use of blue tack only – please do not use sticky tape as this causes damage to the walls.
Can I hire a room during weekends?
Yes, you can hire a room on a Saturday, depending on availability. We do not hire out our rooms on Sundays.
