Healthy Hounslow at BridgeLink Centre

Locals can now access free health checks and cardiovascular advice right in the heart of the community through the Healthy Hounslow mobile service. The team will be visiting the Bridgelink Centre on three dates during January, February and March to offer free blood pressure checks, BMI checks and lifestyle advice around cardiovascular disease and overall health.

This outreach programme is delivered by Healthy Hounslow in partnership with the NHS and Feltham and Bedfont Primary Care Network. The aim is to make preventative healthcare more accessible by bringing these services directly to local neighbourhoods. High blood pressure can often go unnoticed, so routine checks can play an important role in reducing health risks and providing early guidance or signposting where needed.

There is no need to book and the checks take only a few minutes. Anyone is welcome to drop in and speak with the team for personalised information and support. The sessions are completely free of charge.
