Room Hire

We have a number of rooms within the Centre that you can hire for personal or business use. If you would like to enquire about making a booking, please contact us.

We have a small car park to the front of the building and parking is available on the single yellow line on Summerwood Road except on Twickenham Stadium event days.

We have a lift for anyone requiring access to another floor and an accessible toilet.

We have a Performing Rights Society license which permits the use of copyright music. Free Wi-Fi is also available across the building.

Yes, a refundable cash deposit of £75 is required. Once your function has taken place and the caretaker has confirmed no breakages have occurred post function the cash deposit will be returned to you.

Your room hire is not confirmed until receipt of the £75 refundable cash deposit.

Payment of the remaining amount is required 2 weeks before the event via Bank Transfer. Please call us for Bank Transfer details on 07561 773471.

Alcohol is allowed on BridgeLink premises for personal use only during the function – no resale of alcohol is permitted.

We allow 30 minutes prior to your booking start time to allow you to set-up. We also allow 30 minutes clean-up time after your booking time has ended.

We cannot accommodate large bouncy castles or other large inflatables.

We do not have the capacity to allow use of confetti, streamers or table confetti.

Yes, we allow the use of blue tack only – please do not use sticky tape as this causes damage to the walls.

Yes, you can hire a room on a Saturday, depending on availability. We do not hire out our rooms on Sundays.

£50 – full rate with kitchen facilities
£35 – full rate, no kitchen usage
£35 – discounted rate for charities and voluntary organisations, with kitchen facilities

No Kitchen Includes – access to fridge/freezer, sink & kettle

Kitchen Facilities Usage includes – access to fridge/freezer, sink, kettle/tea urn, cooker hob & ovens x 3, microwave ovens x 2 and crockery/utensils/cutlery

£20 – full rate

Hall 1st Floor

£33 – full rate

Includes tables & chairs, access to a projector for presentations, whiteboard, a small kitchenette with a sink and a regular size fridge, a kettle and microwave. No freezer.

8-10 people

Access to laptops, iPads and MacBooks if needed, a Sky Glass TV with HDMI connection for presentations and training, and a whiteboard. Podcast equipment available.
